Who we are
Redisry Group (“Redisry”, “we”, “us”) operates this website. For the personal information described below, Redisry Group is the party that decides how and why it is used.
Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us:
- Enquiry details: your name, email address, organisation, the topic you select and your message, when you use the contact form or email us.
- Technical data: our web server may record standard log data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information. Please do not include it in your message.
How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss possible work together.
- To keep records of our business communications.
- To secure, maintain and improve the website.
We process your information on the basis of your consent (you tick the box on the form) and our legitimate interest in running our business, as permitted by applicable law. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Cookies and local storage
This website uses essential storage only. We save your cookie-notice choice in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask again. We do not load advertising or analytics trackers, and our fonts are hosted on our own server rather than by a third party. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
Who we share information with
Enquiries are delivered to our email inbox, which is provided by Google. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us run the website or deliver our services, under duties of confidentiality, and when the law requires it. We do not share your information for third-party marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to keep reasonable business records. If a working relationship follows, we keep it for the life of that relationship and the period needed for legal, tax and accounting reasons. After that we delete or anonymise it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies, the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or erase your information, to withdraw consent and to complain to a regulator. To exercise a right, email redisrygroup@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Third-party links
Our pages link to external sites, including research publishers and social networks. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
